- The system plots all engineer locations on a map, then assigns the nearest one to the job
- When a job is assigned, a confirmation is sent to the engineer for acceptance
- Once work is completed, the engineer is able to send a time report directly to the billing system
- PDA captures a customer signature electronically as proof of completion
